On 02-04-2023 my lights started to dim in one room and in the other room the lights were really bright. The outside light was doing the same thing. I called Bessemer Utilities to report it. It was the weekend so I gave them a couple of hours then I called back. They said they had forwarded the call to on call person. They never showed or called. Sunday came and the same thing I called and they said they had given the information to the on call person. In the mean time the problem is getting worst. Monday 02- 05-2023 I was awaken by the smell of smoke. I jumped up and smoke was come from behind my smoke and microwave. The cable box was on that same wall. I flipped the breaker box to prevent my house from burning down and called the emergency line again because it was before they opened and they came when they opened and fixed the problem. They said they never received a call from the emergency operator. That's not my problem. I lost a stove and a microwave and a cable box which they replaced. It has been a week. I did a claim but the whole problem has not been resolved and I have been getting the run around. I need my appliances replaced. I can't cook or warm anything. Please help me. Resolution Sought Replace my appliances and stop giving me the run around
