I Purchased a 2020 Cadillac from Best Auto outlet in Queens NY and I traded my 2014 BMW it's Been 2 months and I'm still getting billed for the BMW that I Don't own anymore I have called many time to dealer and I was told that it's being taken care of but it's not now they won't talk to me or answer my calls they kept my car and never paid it of. Resolution Sought I need help
