Went in with my computer paid 200 dollars for a years worth of service. I asked would the clean my computer. Was told yes. Picked computer ( filthy) if you sell a costumer a plan don't lie and not do what you were told you was going to do. After this year I will no more use the geek squad. Horrible. Train there employees to have better customer care. A man's word should go a long way in these days. If a man pays you for a days work you give him a days work.
