I purchased over $1000 of equipment that involved .... computer processor Computer speakers DVD player And I requested a date for installments. I was scheduled for service 10 days later. Nobody called rescheduled nor did they care. I returned everything for reimbursement. I immediately closed my account. I have been waiting over 10 days for my money. Best buy has an automated Prompt that answers so you can never speak to anyone then the recording is followed with a disconnect. Never ever able to speak to a live person. All Best buy stores in the state of Georgia are all worthless. Even the employees complain. I want my reimbursement now. And I hope every store in the USA closes asap. Resolution Sought Give me my money back now

I have talked to several people at the Morrow Store and the McDonough location. I have reached out to the Greek Squad several times for my warranty problems and getting several different answers and also the phone hangs up when I'm trying to tell them my problem with my computer. My son went in the store to take the computer back which broke when he opened it up, they couldn't find my information in the system mainly because my information in the system was incorrect, and I cancelled it in which I couldn't because I never received any information because my email was incorrect, the manager stated that you have 3 months to get reinstated but somehow she stated I called and canceled itafter talking to 3 different people on the phone from the Geek Squad I changed my information in the system they also stated that there was a glitch in the system and they will let my reinstate my warranty, I went back in the store and they stated nothing has changed in the system and that I will have to pay for it I then took the computer to the McDonough store I then again explained the problems again I then still had to pay $85 to get it shipped off and he gave me the corporate phone number to call in which now I'm finding out there is no Pronto talk to only the Geek Squad after talking to them again today9/23/2025 they gave me a address stating that's the only way corporate could be contacted. I was explaining the situation again for the second time this day and the phone just hung up again Resolution Sought I will like for my computer to be repaired or replaced and the $85 I spent on sending it off will go towards me paying for a warranty that I knew I had in the first time when I purchased the computer because I'm gong around in circles
