I bought Pixel 7 Pro from Bestbuy.com. They sent me an activated product. This is third consecutive time (Nov 2023, March 2025 and Oct 2025) pre-activated product from them. I had to return it every time. I do buy wasting my energy, money and time. I feel harassed every time I purchase from them. I need a proper compensation for my mental harassment. Please help me out. Resolution Sought Replace the product with new one and a compensation from them of at least $50000.

I purchased over $1000 of equipment that involved .... computer processor Computer speakers DVD player And I requested a date for installments. I was scheduled for service 10 days later. Nobody called rescheduled nor did they care. I returned everything for reimbursement. I immediately closed my account. I have been waiting over 10 days for my money. Best buy has an automated Prompt that answers so you can never speak to anyone then the recording is followed with a disconnect. Never ever able to speak to a live person. All Best buy stores in the state of Georgia are all worthless. Even the employees complain. I want my reimbursement now. And I hope every store in the USA closes asap. Resolution Sought Give me my money back now
