I purchased a soundbar and bass module in 2021 with geek squad insurance for both. Today 4/10/24, I had an appointment with geek squad because the bass module wasn't giving no bass out of it. There isn't no water damage or physical damage so my insurance was good as use and up to 2025. Yet Best Buy didn't honored me the original price I paid for it which was still under insurance. They wouldn't refund me with my original payment either, I was giving store credit and had to pay the differences which was $150.79 with the fact I had insurance. I shouldn't had to pay the differences with having insurance. I spoke to a supervisor and wasn't honored the price I originally paid for the bass module. I'm not a happy customer at all, as I told Best Buy. I made a complaint with Best Buy as well. Just looking for sum help please, thank you. Resolution Sought Help me get my refund for ten differences of $150.00 from Best Buy, because it wasn't my fault Best Buy was receiving a error in the system to send back the bass module for repair which again was under insurance. Being that it was still under insurance and no damages I should've been honored the same exact price I originally paid for the purchased.

Best buy is false advertising for a bundle on an hp laptop called gaming bundle and the deal states it comes with Xbox game pass ultimate not a trial or promotion and that is what they are giving people saying it's what's advertised however even in the fine print it's not stated that is a promotion code. Nor a trial code Resolution Sought I would like them to change the add to state that it's a promotional code not a membership code
