I purchased 3 $50.00 Apple gift cards from Best Buy n Oct. 16. For some reason they did not get activated properly. I went back to Best Buy and they said it was not there problem,, it was Apples problem. I called Apple and they said the 50.00 was on each card so it was up to Best Buy to correct the problem. Called corporate headquarters, was told it wasn't their problem. I am left with 3 $50.00 gift cards that I can't get h money off of them. Resolution Sought I would accept the $150.00 from either company or replacement of the gift cards so I could use them.

I was scheduled for a delivery of my LG TV that I purchased from best buy. They made me wait for a week and told me they couldn't deliver because some one called in sick and they did not have any replacement. They try to reschedule me 2 weeks after. Terrible this was their fault not to deliver and they couldn't even reschedule for the next day. I had booked. My mounting services the next day so I had to go there rent the U-Haul and grab that TV myself. They shouldn't have scheduled my delivery and they shouldn't do the delivery services if they do not have enough people to do it. I wasted my time, money and effort. This business runs for profit only and do not care about their customer. The team member I called was very disrespectful and did not help me. Resolution Sought They should reimburse my costs to rent the U-Haul and all.
