On 31 December last year I purchased a Heisson 100 inch 4K TV online from Best Buy. The TV was delivered on 31 December. The TV was not as described so I started a returned. I went into the store the next day to look at all the TV that's available in size of 100 or 98 inch. They did not have nothing on display. I was told by a representative that it is too expensive to display that size TV and they are afraid of a custom mind broke one so I went to Sam's Club because I know they got those TV on display. I decide to go back to Best Buy and purchase a 98 inch Samsung 4K TV it was scheduled to be delivered and installed on January 10 they reach out to me. The second time was from 11 AM to 3 PM. They showed up with the TV. I noticed there was a hole in the TV box. I showed it to one of the Installer I asked them. Can they take the TV that was supposed to go back on 14 January today they said no another team is doing that the gentleman explained to me that I need to pay $60 for them to remove the TV off the wall I explain to him. This is a TV desk returning back to Best Buy store because of the quality he said to move forward to install a new TV he has to charge me $60 which I Paid they begin installation after I paid the $60 he explained to me that he has to readjust the hanger on the wall so he have to drill new holes, which I agree when the TV went on the wall the TV was broken. Got a crack in the screen from where the hole was on the box the installer trying to call the store Resolution Sought Now I'm out of a TV. I asked to speak to the warehouse worker he refuses tell me to call the call center call center said they won't have a TV available until February 4 now I paid 4000 for the Samsung and I think 1800 for the heisting TV Now I'm out of the TV and nobody at the store won't talk to me. This is bad Customer Service I should not have charged $60 to remove the TV off the wall that has to be returned. Something need to be done. I would like my $60 back plus the money for both TV refu

I called asking for help with a smart watch..Fitbit...for my daughters birthday...I told the what all it needed to do..she was excited when I gave it to her but couldn't get it to pair up with her phone...being on a trip, we stopped into a best buy in Missouri..the agent looked at it and told us it was not compatible with her android phone..he only gave me 199.00..when I called to complain they said the 37difference was restocking fee Resolution Sought Return the rest of my money as I was directed by the store as to which watch to buy
