I was to purchase a new laptop, helped by associate in store. Agreed on a product, had him try to find my best buy account, gave him my ID with all my recent information,stating it probably got closed. He proceeded to enter all new information, and he asked me to check if all information was correct, it was and I approved the application. It came back as approved, and I authorized the sale, and I was to receive the laptop in three days, free shipping to my home. The item did not arrive, I spent 6 hours on the phone to find out what happened. I was told the order was canceled due to fraud on my part.. I was told I did not make my payment. I was shocked, as I had not received my product, or any payment plan. After ruthless phone calls, I found that my application was submitted under a wrong spelling of my name to my social security number, and was approved. And eventually finding out that I had a valid card open, but the associate entered the wrong information, even tho I gave him my recent information on a recent I'd. Now they have charged me a restoking fee. Because of there screwup. I intend to pursue fraud charges against this company Resolution Sought I have contacted Citibank, and they have pursued a case to remove these charges, and I have canceled my account. I expect Best Buy to remedy this issue in an acceptable manor, or I intend to contact federal fraud departments

I have called Apple customer care to check about the service of the back cracked I phone which is under Apple care. And they suggested me to take it to the best buy geek squad which is an authorized service provider for Apple. I went to the store on 2/ 27 /2025 around 4 pm and stated to the service desk the reason of me coming and after anlyazing the phone they took my phone and checked for the part and asked me to pay the deduction pay and I paired and told me the part is not in handy and will let Me know when the part is available. I requested them to communicate with me via email and the next day which is Friday Received an email stating that the part is in . I replied them back that I will be in at 4 pm and will wait for the phone to get repaired as it was a three hour job. But once I reached they informed the person he who is authorized to repair has left for the day. And asked me to come in the next day which is Saturday the march 1 st of 2025. Reached the store at 2 pm as requested by the store when I was here on Friday. And told me to come back after 3 hours and I came around 5:30 pm and they informed me that the could not get past post authorization for the digonastics from Apple. Later I found that they also lied to me that the Apple care works only certain hours. So I left the store and came back on Monday afternoon around 4 pm and nothing has happened and found out the phone is not fixed because they did not have a technician for the day. Resolution Sought Need my iPhone to be fixed back and get me enough compensation for the time I had to spend , the gas money. And more over an appropriate compensation for the stress and the mental agony I had go through.
