Having issues with 1 year old gaming Dell laptop. Have brought to store to be reviwed and respired, since is been presenting graphic card errors for already 6 months. The Geek Squad at the store updates the programs and give it back, advicing to get a desktop. I mean this is a laptop for gaming and my son who is 11 plays only one game. I had aprevious Dell laptop that was much cheaper and never got this issue with it. I paid for product coverage and repair services and even though this is my 5th visit; no graphic card has been replaced . I've been giving the run around and the best option is to purchase a new computer. I'm currently at the store and been waiting for a supervisor for 35 minutes. Probably expecting me to walk away. I'd like to get resolution on this matter! Resolution Sought Full repair or replacement if needed. Laptop price over 1200 USD.

I purchased a refrigerator from Bestbuy on July 3,2025. I had to drive 3 hours from Beaumont Texas to Alexandria, La to pick it up. When I arrived to the store the refrigerator had mold and was dirty. The manager told me he would deduct $100 from the price . He told me he had to refund me the money back on my card and repurchase the refrigerator and upon doing so they tell me they can't give me a refund until 7 days. I now have no money or refrigerator. Resolution Sought I would like the refrigerator cleaned and delivered to my home address.
