Came in store on 5/13/2025 and opened a Bestbuy credit card and did a Pre-order on Pokémon prismatic product, paid and charged my card and the employee said it would be in in 5/21/2035. On 5/21/2025 went to the store to pick up and the employee told me it was not on and o have to wait. On 5/22/2025 on my lunch break again to see if preorder was there and the employee again told me she didn't see and I have to wait till it comes on. On 5/23/2025 I go in store to pick up and the general manager of the Greenbrier Bestbuy assisted, TRIED to look up my pre-order and he said it was not there, he informed me that the employee (Jadynn) forgot to hit the order button and that there was nothing he could do but refund the amount to the card used . That's not what I wanted I had pre-ordered the product and opened a Credit card to pay (which did a credit pull) to aquire the product, and that I am out of luck and he can not do anything but refund and give me $100 store credit. The manager would not give me a regional manager number, email nor would he give me anything where I could complain and told me just go online. I took the right step to pre-order product that you can not other wise find anywhere. I am highly last and was not helped at all when I followed the proper steps. Resolution Sought I would like the product import-ordered and opened a Credit card just to buy this product.

I purchased a vinyl record for a Easter gift on April 1 2025. I gave the gift on April 20 it was played for the first time that day it skipped. On April 24 I tried to return it for an exchange they did not have another copy then told me there policy was 15 days on returns and there was nothing they could do. Called customer service they said that they can't go against the store. Tried to email the ceo no reply. I just want the merch. I payed for. I now have no recorse. So a big company gets to steal my money and tell me that they won't even talk about trying to make it right. Resolution Sought Replace the record or refund my money . I have the receipt and the faulty record.
