These are brokers selling very fraudulent and cheap insurance for insurance companies that are just as bad or worse. I have worked with insurance companies; thus, I know what they operate. They just like to get paid but when it comes to claims, they are not there. I just called these brokers and the woman that answered the phone was shouting at me, telling me that they don't KNOW what the claims department is doing! They have been emailing billing emails when there is no vehicle to insure. But Drive Insurance or Progressive insurance, when I tried to file a claim, Genevie says to me, "you shut up and listen!" I just hung up on her. I decided to let the attorneys deal with her; however, I keep getting billing from Best Buy Services in Ontario billing us for a scooter no longer exists! I have replied to their email and informed them that the scooter no longer exists, but they have been ignoring me. I am my son's caregiver, have Power of Attorney and in applied as his conservative and the status filing is process, upon my son's doctor recommendation. I do everything for my son! He doesn't as much answer the phone, let alone notifying everyone of all his administration and paperwork! The woman shouting me said that as long as my son don't call, they'll continue to bill him! In other words, we're supposed to do their job but is not even good enough! It is sad how they waste they time, postage and paper harassing me and then want my son to do their job. They must sto Resolution Sought To stop harassing me with their billing and shouting, saying that I'm not the insured. I the only one that does everything for my son!
