It has been horrible they admitted to selling me a car knowing everything that was wrong with it. The whole suspension is bad and part of the steering they sold me a car they knew was unsafe. Resolution Sought Pay for the repairs.

Vehicle was sold under As-Is conditions and the customer was well aware of it as It was presented to them. They test drove the vehicle and decided to buy it As-Is and no warranty was purchased at the time of the sale. This is clear in the Purchase Agreement form (attached) signed by Ms. Green. Also the As-Is condition is clearly stated in the Buyers Guide form which was also presented to Ms. Green at the time of sale and signed by her as well (attached). This form clearly states any major defects that may occur in used vehicles. We think that we have done everything right lawfully and unfortunately there is nothing we can do at this point since the customer test drove the car, didn't purchase any warranty at the time of the sale, and decided to purchase the vehicle under As-Is conditions.

They sold an email unsafe cari tried to purchase a warranty and my salesman said I didn't qualify I didn't see any buyers guide because if so I would not have purchased the vehicle

Again we’re sorry that you’ve had a bad experience but the car was sold As-Is after you test drove it. It’s common and possible for different issues to appear in older used cars after a while (in your case a 2002 vehicle with over 185000 miles and it’s almost 2 months later now) which is exactly explained in buyers guide. We know this is not probably the answer you’re hoping to hear but unfortunately there is nothing we can do at this point.
