I got my nails on Friday June 7,2023. The next day the paint was peeling off completely. I work all day Saturday and the shop is closed on sundays. I returned to the salon Monday and they refused to repaint my nails and said I had to pay $40. Then said they can remove the paint for $11. I shouldn't have had to at anything at all because the job was done incorrectly Resolution Sought Refund my money or rectify the situation in some kind of manner for free

Company states; June 7th, 2023 is not a Friday, we are appointments only. I do not have her in appt book for that day. We would never charge to repolish if it was just done. We would always handle it by repolishing or refunding before a third party is needed. There are 3 best nails in the city, not sure she came to Buckeye location.
