2 repair men show up to unblock my lines, they discovered there was more to it and decided to dig a hole in my yard, put a hole in the pipe and informed me of nothing, left for the day and said they would be back after the weekend, on Monday. A week goes by, I call and no one was aware of the job it seemed. They said they would call back shortly, still never called back and I call again and they take a few more days and called me back and gave me an huge amount and I said no thanks because I don't trust you anymore! Never heard another word and received a lawsuit for an incomplete job with a hole in my yard and pipes! I paid another company for their poor workmanship. Resolution Sought At the least refund my money and train their employees on customer service!
