On the website for Best Price Nutrition, it states that they offer free shipping on orders of $99.00 or more. I filled my shopping cart with four cases of energy drinks, totaling $103. At checkout, it showed a shipping fee. I sent them an email about the shipping fee & the response I got was that cases of drinks aren't included due to shipping weight. However, the website doesn't state that energy drinks are excluded from free shipping. They cancelled my order because of this. Resolution Sought I want them to allow me to place my order with free shipping & state on the website that cases of energy drinks are excluded from free shipping.
