Not the best company to deal with

The roofing company settled the repair cost and signed my contact paid in full and put the date on it ,now a day later I get a text from Mr. White for a 2 by 6 by 12 ft board for 92 dollars. I was never told or received a bill for this, not going to pay for the board or labor . Not the way to do business.
