Bait and Switch

I ordered a furnace part. I was very careful about part number and comparing the picture with the part I needed. Instead of sending me the part I ordered, they sent me a cheapo knock off that looks nothing like the picture, and the part numbers did not match with the one advertised. When I called to resolve the problem, I was told that since the part I received was "compatible," then there is nothing they would do. Except they said that they would sell me a more expensive part 200 more expensive then the $38 dollar part I ordered, but I had to return the one I received at my own expense, pay $14 for UPS to send the new part, and a 25 restocking fee. All this to return a $6.00 part when THEY made the error! This is classic bait and switch and bait and switch again. Daniel Boling out of Rancho Cucamonga, CA is the owner. He seems to have his fingers in a lot of financial pies. Apparently, he makes his money out of cheating his customers out of their money, by sending the wrong part that he got in bulk from China.
