They will not honor my warranty on their product. They told me to get. Licensed electrician out and I did. When I told them the electrician came back with that the fault is from the pump. The rep told me that the electrician is not certified to diagnose the issue because they don't know the best way product. ?!?? Resolution Sought Replace my pump or refund me $700

I bought a Bestway air mattress through Walmart. I tried it, but it was the bed ever. It was rock hard in the middle, and so soft on the sides that I fell off. Other reviews said the same thing. They will not refund. They are on Facebook Resolution Sought I want my money refunded
