I placed an order with them for a trampoline. They never sent the first box. They only sent me the second. They have been giving me the runaround and avoiding me even the supervisors are avoiding me and it's terrible I ordered a trampoline from them for my son's birthday and never received it. I only received the second box and I just kept asking him. Can you please send the first box and every day there's a runaround no one calls me and no one returns my emails.. Resolution Sought I would like them to send my first box. Or a different item if they don't have it.

They will not honor my warranty on their product. They told me to get. Licensed electrician out and I did. When I told them the electrician came back with that the fault is from the pump. The rep told me that the electrician is not certified to diagnose the issue because they don't know the best way product. ?!?? Resolution Sought Replace my pump or refund me $700
