Unfair Treatment . Sep 15, 2021, So I've got a learning disability PTSD and depression and anxiety I had issues where ppl in zone was telling me to kill myself so I got upset wrote some stuff in zone chat back to defend myself I was banned I put in a appeal for my account back was told Richard would call me a manager alright I wait till . Thursday get the call I talk to him he says my main account is staying permanently banned but I can use my alternate account so I do oh and that's after he says if I do anything else he would brick my console and banned my ip address so I played a few days on my alternate account I sent in a ticket requesting my main account back I played over 7 years 20000 hours played time on my main account on eso ps4 na server and 100s of hours on my alternate account but I sent in a ticket to get my main back and he messages me saying did you think I was kidding if I see another ticket about your main account im taking your alternate account to so I sent in another ticket and yup he banned my alternate account to that was 1100 cp so I lost my main account that was 2200 cp I played for 7 years on with 20000 thousand plus hours played time and lost my second account that was 1100 cp with lots of played time and not to mention the 100s of dollars i spent on both accounts they banned me so I sent in ticket after ticket trying to get my account back and was just ignored. You banned me and i've played over 7 years and 30 thousand hours and i have both my accounts up passed one at 2k cp and the other account to 1100 cp i've spent hundreds of dollars on the game and this is the way you treat your loyal customers you say i made false reports such as what i haven't been given any specific details on what is considered a false report everything i ever said was the truth if you believe it wasn't let me know what it is i said so i can correctly respond your throwing things at me i don't even have any idea what your talking about seriously unless your more specific you said i abused the report system no i didn't you only get so much space when you send a report in from the in game menu so i had to send multiple tickets in about smokinbob73 and his guild i even sent you all pictures where they was bullying and harassing me it was the same people over a 6 months and the sending multiple tickets yes i did cause i was ignored by customer support i even tried messaging ppl on fb to get a response cause support was blocking me then you all called my phone threatening to have the fbi on me i have serious mental health issues i feel suicidal eso helped i'm in thera
