My account was zeroed for an unknown reason. After 10x attempts to get an answer via live chat, email, and unanswered hotline calls I am filing an official complaint. Resolution Sought Money returned or reason given to avoid future unwarranted account activity.

I downloaded the BET MGM APP AND deposited $150 of my own money to play, which of course they took out of my account but after I won $833.23, they wouldn't deposit my winning back into my account. They said they needed me to upload and submit documents, so I did all of that 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard a thing. They got their money but they won't pay me. I did everything they asked, Twice. I just want my money. These people are crooks. Resolution Sought Payback
