Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. On 9/02/2026 at 2:04:34 AM I was playing a hand of Ultimate Texas Hold em (live dealer) I had AK and flopped a winning hand but was apparently disconnected, by the time I reconnected my $50.00 bet and my $50.00 in winnings was gone! I have called BETMGM and they just keep hanging up on me! I finally got of hold of BETMGM via Facebook chat bot and they already ruled the they just get to steal my $100.00. BETMGM is wrong on every level and they know it but they still let it happen. Please don't let this multi-billion Mega corporation steal $100.00 from an average working guy. Sincerely, Michael Resolution Sought I just want the $100 that BETMGM stole from me, that is all! No hard feeling if they just make this right!

They advertise clearly about a bonus bet. If your bet doesn't win they will issue a bonus bet for 25 dollars. Now this has happened a few times this week. It is a bait and switch switch advertising. I have contacted them several times and they refuse to make good with the promotion. Resolution Sought First thing is to make good with the money they owe me. Second stop promoting these "no sweat " bets. It's not right.
