Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. They advertise clearly about a bonus bet. If your bet doesn't win they will issue a bonus bet for 25 dollars. Now this has happened a few times this week. It is a bait and switch switch advertising. I have contacted them several times and they refuse to make good with the promotion. Resolution Sought First thing is to make good with the money they owe me. Second stop promoting these "no sweat " bets. It's not right.

I was using a gambling app known as BetMGM I won a grand prize of 3500 but it only paid me 250 I have screen shots and when I messaged to tell them the system messed up they said their is nothing they can do I have photos for proof. Resolution Sought Pay what I'm owed.
