I used over a half a million dollars on bet rivers and reached the highest tier possible which you were supposed to receive free gifts and other things during 2020 COVID. I received no dinners, no gifts, no promotions for anything for my play. Now I am not even able to make a deposit on the site via debit or credit card to play and my account is restricted. I feel I deserve some type of compensation from the bet rivers for how much money I spent and for the lies of the rewards levels that I never received any of the special offers for being the max tier. I feel that this is terrible customer service. It's been over a year now I emailed about the restrictions and never heard a peep back from anyone with an explanation. I would like compensated for my issues I have experienced online with them. Some type of promotional free play at least $500-1000 to make up for lost rewards I never received also I would like my account to be able to accept debit and credit card deposits again. This is terrible customer service with no explanation as to why. This needs looked into. I'm tired of the empty promises and the waits for emails back that never come explaining reasoning. Resolution Sought I would like the business to step up to the plate and offer me some type of compensation for all the rewards, dinners, luxury gifts and such that I never received during COVID but spent so much money on this site during 2020. Also I would like them to offer at least 500-1000$ back in free play to me for the hassle and inconvenience this is causing due to lack of response of why my account is restricted after all the money I spent on the site. Some type of compensation needs to be given back.
