Customer Complaint

Installation of a New garage door with new Door motor 1/2 house power motor. The installer decided not to install what I paid for and use the existing damaged equipment that was to be replaced and not ask or notify me of this then claimed that he had no knowledge of this being part of the order. Mr. Todd had the written receipt of work to be done and completed. Then claimed that he did not have the new garage motor with him, called his office and lied saying that it was not on his work order, I asked to see his work order and pointed out what was written and it was on his work order written in English very clear. Then stated that he will come back in a week to bring it. Not to install it but bring it But this man was paid in full. Resolution Sought Contact the owner and have my equipment that I payed them for installed ASAP.
