We hired Bevington Excavating to repair our pond. Shortly after the repair the pond start eroding to a much worse condition than before this company worked on it. After exchanging months of text messaging Cory Bevington, the owner, continued to tell us he was coming to repair but never showed up even after we showed pictures of the dangers it presented to our family. Resolution Sought Refund in full at $5500.

Company states; We do not currently have the funds for a refund. Our business was down for 3 months with a health issue. I would be willing to repair the job as needed. Unfortunately like I stated above we don't have the means for a refund at this point. Cory Owner/operator of Bevington Excavating L.L.C
