This company has been trying to sell me a loan for weeks and weeks and I'm not interested. I have blocked and stopped text messages and phone numbers. I can't find a way to opt out on their website so I've just been living with it waiting for them to go away. But then they decided to date a mind my information and apparently they found all the phone numbers that I paid for and started calling and texting my children. It's a bridge too far it's definitely ethically wrong and should be legally wrong in my opinion. Just want them to stop. Their aggressive techniques are despicable. Resolution Sought I would like them to see trying to contact my children most especially, and me obviously.

We filed for a hardship due to income loss with BHC. We owed them 49478.00 and we offered to get a second mortgage to pay them 40000.00. We did all the paperwork signed by us and them it was all approved. After we got the confirmation it was approved we email where to send the funds to complete the loan hardship and they told is they were not going to honor the deal. We have the documents with there signature completing a contract and then backed out causing us more financial distress. Resolution Sought Give 10000 back.
