Train your drivers well.

On June 22, 2019, on Saturday morning, at 8:40a.m., I got at the bus station, CWE. The driver did not open the bus until 8:44. I got on the bus and greeted the driver politely. She responded like I have done something to her. Just in that moment she passed by me and went to the bus room. When she came back, I said to her,"you know I could report you to your office, but I will not do it". She ignored me totally as if it was not a human talking to her. I consider this is a hate crime. She was disrespectful, ignored my disability, and had no ethical training. Therefore, I am suing metro bus for hate crimes.

Thank you for bringing this incident to our attention. There 2 obstacles prohibiting a thorough investigation and resolution to this matter:
1. In order to identify the operator I would need to know which bus line you were using. There are 8 lines servicing the CWE Station.
2. The amount of time since the date of this incident and the date it was brought to our attention is too long. The audio and video recording on our units must be saved within 48 to 72 hours or we lose the footage.

I am willing to offer some complimentary passes to remedy this issue to your satisfaction. You can reach the agency at our listed number and ask to speak with the Director of Customer Service Operations.
