My order for 500 Bible tracts were placed on Monday October 4, 2021 and the funds were withdrawn from my credit card the same day. I called and asked how long will the process take and was told within a week. I called on Tuesday October 12, 2021 and was told that my order was not processed because I didn't approve a proof that was NEVER sent BUT a confirmation statement saying that my items were mailed on Thursday, October 8, 2021 was emailed to me. The manger Austin Marriott never took responsibility that the proof was NEVER sent but yet I got a confirmation that my order had been cancelled with NO amount being refunded to me. The manger refused to assist me in getting my tracts in a timely manner as when I asked for them to be sent overnight I was informed that I would have to incur the cost as they've had and still have my monies of $160.00 to date of October 14, 2021. Tried calling several times only to continue leaving a voicemail message with no return call. Resolution Sought Refund my entire $160.00 because I never received the tracts!
