Asked for an alignment. They replaced the tires and did the alignment. Returned two days later with right front tire cocked inward. Stated I must have hit a pothole. Redid alignment. Returned 3 months later with both tires bald on the inside. Claimed I must have a bad ball joint. Didn't offer to rectify. Went to another service place. Stated I had 2 bad ball joints and the rack and pinion was off center. Stated needed to repair those items then 2 new tires then the alignment. The first company should have started with that suggestion. Only put 3000 miles in those 3 months. Just happened to look under the truck and saw the bald tires. The new ball joints, tires, and alignment is 971.00. I feel they didn't advise me honestly. Just took my 360.00. Imagine if anything happened while driving. Resolution Sought Reimburse my 360.00. They failed to insure I was safe to drive.
