I took my original low Mile collectible car to get 4 news tires and the wheels got scratches, dings and paint chips ,the front 2 wheels had been on since the factory, very good shape. Talked to owner after a 10 min conversation he told me wasn't going to do anything and if I wasn't happy to feel free to sue him. I was shocked, I was calm and didn't demand anything, but that's what I was told. Resolution Sought I believe replacing the wheels is a possibility.

I do not believe that we did the damage to the wheels. The MANY things pointed out to me was not consistent with mishandling while tires are being serviced. I offered a refund if he did not feel comfortable with the answer that I gave to him regarding the imperfections with his wheels. I also offered him to air his grievances on Google if he wished. In the 47 years that I've been associated with this business including 34 year of owning the business, we've had a stellar reputation of customer service.
