In January the 3th, I went to Big Brand Tire shop in San Bernardino to do an alignment in my car. They did the alignment by 4:24pm and told me it was done, charging me $169.99. But when I took it for a drive, I notice it was still the same and it was pulling me to the right side. I drove back to the shop and they put it back in the alignment machine. So, they claimed that I need to change one of the screws called camber kit. They Claimed I need to change and repair it which will cost me $474.41. I told the guy I needed to come back because I needed to get the rest of the money. So I went back on January 4th the next day and they repaired whatever they claimed was damaged. But it was still the same after changing the part and I asked the guy why. He said that was the best they can do. I ask him I needed my money back since they didn't fix my car properly. He claimed he was unable to give me my refund because he already did what he can. He refuses to return my money in my card which was $471.41 and $169.99 in cash. I told him that I will report him with Business Consumer Affairs. He said he doesn't care to do whatever I want, and will only refund half of my money. I didn't argue further adjust left. Resolution Sought I want to get my money back, all of it since they did not do their job properly.
