I paid $15,000 in November of 2020 for a fence around my property with 2 gates including motors. After 16 months of me calling weekly, he has failed to deliver my motors nor finish my gate. Resolution Sought Reimburse Me $5000.

I made a police report on him and he got his motor but there's a balance still on the Sacand motor Job. I got the invoice to show for so does he.

There is no balance due on this account. He's been paid in full since November 2020. If hes a legitimate company he should have records of what I've paid him in my file. He should also know "Why" I still have a balance on this account. He has been promising & making excuses for over 14 months about my contract, receipts & delivery of my gate motors. I've never seen his invoices nor a copy of my contract. I've never receive one copy of any receipt & I've paid him $15,000. He scratches notes on a pad of paper. I've asked him on several occasions to supply records of my project & my contract. I will guarantee that he doesn't have any paperwork nor contract. Me, on the other hand have my bank records showing what was paid to him. The gates were never finished. He was to weld company name & "Saints" emblems on the both gates & cement the rails in place on the ground. The rails have already been replaced once due to the cement truck running over them & bending the rail. He has yet to come back & finish. I'm also waiting for 2 gate motors. Since he sold me lifetime warranty, I also need to know where I need to call so they can honor my life time warranty. He refuses to give me...
