I had won 5711 on a 20 deposit and are being told I had a bonus which the computer never awarded and was taken off on a previous deposit then after my new deposit it adds money from the voided bonus and says I have active bonus in trying to resolve this a person from customer service added a bonus on and said it was the bonus stopping my withdrawal in which another employee told on him and I was called incopent a THEIF trying to take the casino and a liar and hung up on several times Resolution Sought I want the 5700 I was promised I didn't have any active bonus when I made last 20dollar deposit

I have been playing with Big Dollar Casino several months. All deposits no withdrawal. I then won on a match game but played the playback wages through. Also made additional withdrawal thru bitcoins. I went to withdrawal 2thousand and something... in waiting on their response. I reverse withdrew 1500. That was weeks ago. And they haven't paid one cent.. I then won over 8000. Last night I logged in and they took all the 8000 out of my playing acct and still no payout of the thousand. After attempting to chat support. The gave me obvious run around tactics. Not even putting effort only to disconnect 2 xs... ive emailed them over the last few weeks.. no respond or claim they didn't receive anything from me.. I am super pissed. Resolution Sought I want all my money ever deposited into this casino back. If you couldn't pay me out not one time. Then they never intended to so they shouldn't get to keep all my money under false payout claims or accredit my money back and pay me my withdrawal.. fair is fair
