I put an order in and I received a message that said my order was on its way. I had put the order in in November 2023. I sent them a screenshot of my order and I have not heard anything back from them. Resolution Sought Either get my order or my money back.

Purchased a big lot E card gift certificate, used it at big lots to buy a sofa returned the sofa and never got the money put back on the e-card. Nobody knows where it went to. They said it went to a credit card that I have but I called the credit card company which is Comenity Bank And they told me they never received it. It was sold because I owed I called the company that bought my card and they told me they did not receive the money either. I want to report this problem because it is not fair. I bought it with an e-card, and they never put it back on the e-card. I have my receipts Both when purchased and when refunded . My e card gift card was for 500.00 Resolution Sought I would like for big lots to return the money back to my e card .
