I had a contract for 2 years, before the 2 years, they went of business. I never missed a payment; when it was near the end of the contract I called to ask when my contract ended since I moved, I did not have my paperwork in front of me. I asked what date was the last date of my contract, the representative stated they did not have an end date since they were out of business and I could pay whenever and any amount, she stated she would waive the transaction fee for speaking with her. they stated my balance was $155.95 my ending balance, which I paid $55.00 at that time. Now they are stating since I didn't make my last payment in full in July, I owe $658.98. I called to speak with the supervisors twice, they listened to the call but all they heard was that the rep would waive the transaction fee of $9, but not about paying smaller payments Resolution Sought To waive late fees/payments to only have to pay the original balance owed

My daughter gave me two heater as a Christmas gift they both worked amazing in the beginning I told her I love them .However Right after New Year's one of the heater vegan to malfunction it sparked and began to smoke. I went to the store immediately to try and return the item. I was greeted by the manager at the entrance. he informed me that the stores were closing and there was no refund or exchange on the items purchased I told him that when my daughter purchased the item there was no signs saying no return or no refund now I am stuck with a broken heater and no way to exchange the item I believe this is not Resolution Sought I desire to be able to exchange the Christmas gift that I was given for another item of same value or pay the difference for another heater of greater value. I'm am in need of a heater the house. I'm not interested in a refund just a heater. It's not fair.
