Customer Complaint

Purchased a 2012 Chevy Captiva pre-owned vehicle in March. Transmission went out after I had taken car in for full service check up. Now dealership will not do repairs or help with repairs. Car salesman said I was just screwed. I've had the car only 8 months now it is broke down 700 miles away and I can not get help from anyone at Big M. I have paper work from there maintenance depth. Stating the only thing the car needed was tires, and there was no other problems with the car. I'm at a loss now and No-one will help me. Please help. Thank You Resolution Sought Fix my car because they lied about it being a good car.
