I purchased a vehicle in 9/2021 from this company. One week into getting the van there was issues. Upon trying to get the issues resolved I was told that I could bring the car back and get my money as the owner was tired of going back and forth with me. He then agreed to correct the problems. One of the main issues with the car was it kept saying damaged key. Earl the seller told me not to worry as he had a second key. After learning that he did not have the key he ordered and had sent to me some dummy keys from Amazon. I was informed by the dealer that those keys could not be programmed to the car. I informed Earl and he started sending me info feom the web showing how to program the key myself. The instructions clearly state that you need 2 working keys to program a third. Since then I have had to tow the car 4 times because it will not read the key to start. Earl is now so irrate that he will not take my calls to come up with a solution. I have called and texted several times and when he does respond it is very nasty. Now I have a $10,000 vehicle that will not start. It is now at an auto repair shop because Earl stated it was the starter. Had the starter replaced and now being told that its the key because the started is brand new. I keep being told by his assistant that he us suffering from PTSD and they are trying to get him help with it. This being no excuse to be so unprofessional and negligent. I believe he knew this car had issues as when i took it to his mechanic Resolution Sought Fix the vehicle

As for her complaints the warranty replaced the starter.. I also helped her out with a catalytic converter that some shop told her it needed 2 of them... This lady should read her paperwork .. No where in the great state of md do they warranty cats or check engine lights.. I gave her the information she needed to get the keys that I purchased for her to get programmed but she will not listen... I will attach a copy of the contract and purchase order of her sale... And like I will tell her and you post something that's not true I will put you in a lawsuit with her... ATTACHED COPY OF HER PAPER WORK... SHE HAS has not been truthful and like everyone else who falls for these kinds of threats. I will not cave into someone that I have gone above and beyond to help her. If you look over the paperwork you will see there is nothing that I have promised her and not delivered on

I picked the car up on 9/20/21 immediately I got a dashboard message that it was a damaged key. Earl (owner of Big Mikies Auto) claimed he had a second key but later stated that he could not find it. As a result he ordered black market key fobs from Amazon and had them shipped to me. The instructions for the keys stated you needed 2 working keys to program a third key. I immediately relayed this message and Earl started to send me directions on how to program a key. None of the instructions worked, he then advised me to contact the dealer or a locksmith but that he was not going to be responsible for the cost. I have all of this documented via text. To add insult to injury, Earl will not talk to me to extend the warranty that expired on 3/22. I have asked several times to him and his assistant because I was told by the proguard warranty company that I could only renew thru the selling dealer and that the do not sell to the public. I have via text asked, begged for him to process my renewal and neither him or his assistant responded. Not only did he sell me a lemon he has stopped me from purchasing an extended warranty to help with some of the cost of repairs that has been an ongoi
