I hired this lawn service to do my lawn on 12/14/2023. One of the guys that was using a weed eater cut my water line. They left without fixing it. We are now at this current moment been 12 hours without water. We have called several times with no response. The water department had to come and turn our water off because of the busted pipe. This is not professional at all. I want my money back plus damages. I know my water bill will be extremely high. This company is a liability to the Shreveport community. Resolution Sought Pay for my increased water bill and pay back our money for our pipe.

Yes a mistake was made but the water line was repaired by a professional on 2/15/2023. I have consent from the husband stating that the water line was fixed by my guys. I apologized for the mistake several times and my wife also was contacted and apologized and the problem was fixed. Thank you for your services.

The issue was fixed the next day after 1:00 p.m. When I made this complaint our water was not on. The matter is resolved. I apologize for any inconvenience to you, but we were also inconvenienced. All I wanted was for you to take accountability and fix the issue as an emergency. It took too long for you to come and fix the water line. You stated you would be back at 7:00a.m. We never seen you again. It’s ok thanks for your service. I wish you blessings in your business. This matter is resolved.
