They said the tires on my car were too old to be balanced and rotated. I needed to have new tires installed. I told them okay. After 2 days my car was ready. I paid my bill. That was 7-06-2021. I took my van-to Firestone to have it serviced. They told me the tires were 12 years old. That was when I found out the tires on my van was never changed. I was charged for tires I never received. I have proof of the old tires purchased and of the new tires that was supposed to be put on by the same company. Resolution Sought Receive tires that was paid for and not received, and plus an upgrade for my inconvenience.
