I bought a washer 10 month ago it broke down on me 7 month ago. I call big Sandy's they been at my house 6 or 7 time to fix it they still ant fix it I told them I Want a refund they say no so I had to go and buy another washer I need my money back they still haven't done nothing to it Resolution Sought To get my money back and I bought extreme warranty on it it total 866.00
