I ordered a new washer, dryer, Samsung B6300 Champagne pair, cost 679.99. I also ordered a mattress and boxsprings. The order was placed 11/9/2023. They sent the wrong box spring, I still do not have one. The dryer was damaged and they took it back. I did not use the washer because I had no dryer. They did deliver a new dryer and the wrong box spring again, and I found out that the washer does not work. It will not turn on. I reported it and was told that corporate would need to make a decision on whether to replace it or not. I have done without a means of doing laundry all this time. All I ask for was what I paid for. My total order was $4,637.00. I don't understand why I cannot get what I paid for. Thank you. Resolution Sought Deliver a working washer and a low profile box springs no later than Wednesday, 22,2023 or pick up everything and refund my money.
