We bought a refrigerator in July of 2021, the compressor went out last thursday jan 4th 2024 so the entire refrigerator is not working. I called them and got a part ordered. It came in today Jan/9/24. They can't come out until Jan 17th. I have called and my husband has called to get a sooner appt because another week without a refrigerator that is only 2 years old is ridiculous. My child has surgery on jan 16th in Lexington so we will not be here and they are not helping at all to get someone out sooner. Resolution Sought Have someone come out this week to fix my refrigerator.
