We purchased a stand up Frigidaire deep freezer in April of 2023. In July of 2023, this freezer defrosted all of our meat and belongings inside of it. We contacted big Sandy's & was sent a service man to come look at the freezer. After months of dealing with the service man, he replaced the seal in the door, which was supposedly bad. After it not fixing the problem or even being the issue, he then said he was requesting big Sandy's to give us a new freezer (end of November, beginning of December) we had since purchased a new freezer at Lowes and just wanted a monetary refund for the purchase. I spoke to Frigidaire personally and was informed this freezer was USED and our warranty was voided in 2021 through Frigidaire by the first owner. I was not informed this was a used freezer and also purchased the warranty through Big Sandys. After telling them i was suing them for selling us a used freezer, a voided manufacturer warranty, and not giving us our money back but a store credit, they allowed to give us a monetary refund directly to the finance company. This has still not been resolved as they haven't paid the correct amount to the finance company? Customer service is a joke and Mike at the Parkersburg store is rude and very unprofessional. He was mad that I contacted Frigidaire myself and probably because he didn't want me knowing the warranty was voided and that it was used. Resolution Sought A FULL monetary refund to the finance company, the freezer was approximately $800. The refund made was a total of $477.87.

I picked a new sofa in the store. The sofa delivered to me was clearly used. Of course they say the sofa was new. I have pictures. They charged me $129.00 to have them pick up the sofa. Not happy about that. Resolution Sought Not charge me for the pick up.
