Someone is either not loading the machines deliberately or lying.

Quick self check out machines lately the store won't let customers use them unless they use a credit card. They say the machines can't give back change? What at 8:30 AM? So their I am standing 74 yrs old in line for 35 minutes with 5 lbs of hamburg and 5 other items with 7 self serve machines empty that they wont let me pay cash with. Plus a 17 mile trip back home on a very hot day. When I told one of the managers it was illegal to refuse cash they said we are not you can go stand in line at the registers. Why have quick self serve if you can't use them? 40 years a .customer.
