I just called the customers service for Big Family ID Protection. I wanted to cancel my plan . It was question after question . If I want to cancel a service I don't need to explain why. Just cancel the service. I tried to tell them I wasn't financially able to have the plan. I argued with the rep . she finally yelled your cancelled Patricia and hung up on me. If they take 26.00 dollars out of my account after canceling today July 1rst 2021. I will report them again and get a LAWYER. Resolution Sought Not take any more money out of my account after canceling subscription today. July 1rst 2021
