Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I ordered clothing on November 11 2022. Called 2 weeks later and was told due to Covid orders were coming out slow. A week later I called from my phone no answer!! Borrowed my Moms phone immediately picked up!! Very rude and said I would get order when it got there !!!jump to December 09. Called from my sisters phone in order to speak with someone!! Female told me my order had been shipped when pressed about E-mail and tracking she told me she was canceling my order which was already in route!! Promised me a refund but yet to receive it!! Doubt I ever will!!! Resolution Sought Refund
