I purchased a engine kit few months ago or more and since then I've had to replace the cylinder twice already and needing a third 4 pistons and needing one again this is all because of a piston wrist pin clip that has broken each time causing damage to the piston and cylinder at this point I've been waiting for several months for parts because bike berry did not have any available. Resolution Sought Replace the engine or give me the parts to fix it myself.

I ordered two motorized bikes from BikeBerry, and when we were putting them together, we discovered that their instructional videos and the parts they said they would send do not match up with the parts to they actually sent. We decided to return the bikes due to this, and now it has been over a month that I have been attempting to return these bikes, and after an email on December 28 telling me that they would give me 10 store credit if I wanted to resolve this situation faster without returning the bikes, which I declined, they have ceased all communication. I have sent three emails after this, that I've had no reply. I initiated contact about the return within their own return policy window. My initial email to them was on December 4 so I have been dealing with this for over a month at this point. Resolution Sought I would like to be able to return the bikes and get a refund
