Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Your insights are invaluable to us, and we apologize for any inconvenience or dissatisfaction you may have experienced. After further review of your complaint and cross-referencing your referrals, it has been determined that none of the individuals referred opened BILL accounts. As a result, you did not meet the qualifications for our referral program.
