CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Company towed me from in front of my place 5 minutes before midnight. In a red zone. I was able to catch them doing it and he told me he'd release it for $147 so i said okay ill go get it from the house . came back guy took off. So i went down to them. They will not give me my car. The price they told me when i called and the price there was way different. They do. Not have any price list for me to see. They also wont tell me why they are charging. These prices. Wont give me a itemized bill nor will they give me the time of day when i am there talking to them. They act like i don't have business with them. They wont give me my car . they are charging me different day prices. They told me $65 a day but the price added is $200.. One lady said they wait until 5:30 i was on way and told me they have after hours special prices but wont honor it. Nor will let me pay. There is no reason. Its legally mine. Plus they have a have a main office and the office. Where my car is and i have been there several times and talked to both places several times. Prices are different from every person i ask, but there is no records made up to look at when i call them . nobody seem to get my case together for me . what do i do. Last thing i have done is call the main office asking prices as another customer at first lady was like" what is it you want prices well for what" .they dont even have any idea of a list price for things they just charge what ever they want. It .was recorded at 6:35 Resolution Sought t20212 to charge me the original fee of $147 they told me when first charged. My car has a high resell value. And give me my car.
