My husband and I acquired minivan from this dealership back in November 2023. We saw it tagged special sale, so, as we are looking for affordable and reliable vehicle we purchased the car. The cars runs okay at first but after a month of using we noticed some noises coming from the engine/cylinder and the power is going down and running slower. We then realized that we made a wrong decision in butung the car. My husband has been calling the dealership, talking to different people but no resolution. Before we spend so much on the maintenance, my husband attempted to trade in the car but the value is only $7000-$7500 when we bought it for almost $14K for EXL minivan 2015 with 162800. We understand that it is a business, however, this is not fair for a consumer. Even the lender wouldn't agree for trade in as the price of the car was sold more than its value. We understand that some companies will not disclose the issue of the car in able to sell it, however, they are truthful of the car value. I know this is big company and this complaint is just petty for you, but for us this is big time. I hope that Honda management will hear our concern. Thank you! Resolution Sought This is our first time having this kind of issue, maybe refund us the difference between the selling price or value over the amount we paid them.

Company states: Customer was originally offered the opportunity to come in with the vehicles, so we could see what was going on with it. He declined. I have called him back and he has now scheduled an appointment with us.
