The problem with my Mitsubishi Outlander 2022 SE I've had it in the shop four times it is in the shop as I'm writing this complaint it states that the end of the malfunction power reduced service now it keep repeating that and this is the fourth time I've had it in the shop and no one seems to know what the problem is with it so it's in the shop now and it's been there for the last 3 days I had it in the shop back in November I had it in the shop in January and twice this month in May of 2022 Resolution Sought I like for it to be fixed brought back replaced or either give me two years of payment so I can purchase me a car somewhere else

The District Mitsubishi Representative has driven the vehicle and finds it operates as designed. We have not been able to duplicate her concerns with this vehicle.

I purchase a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander and they have a recall on it about the hood jumping up and down. Mitsubishi Bill Penney was supposed to have fixed it but if I take my car over 70 or 80 miles an hour it's like the hood is going to come off of it and as I said there is a recall on it. I've had it in the shop twice and they still have not fixed it and I need somebody that can tell me and help me to know what I need to do about it I haven't even had the car but two months I haven't even made a payment only chat so I need your help Resolution Sought I I would like for them to fix my car so that I'm not afraid to drive it on the highway or above 70 miles an hour I'm afraid that the hood is going to come off I don't know what they're supposed to be doing with it but they put some weatherstripping or something on it so I'm just afraid to drive a car on the highway

Company states: The recall on Ms. Heard's vehicle was completed. She has contacted Mitsubishi Corporate to make them aware of her disatisfaction. All work ahs been performed to Mitsubishi standards.
