My car was scheduled for Maintenance twice and they were supposed to come pick my car up and never did and never called to tell me. The first time I let it go the second time I made a fuss and no apology no nothing. Just smugness. Now they have had my vehicle for 2 weeks because they are finally really addressing the issue and it's covered by my warranty but I need a loaner car and they refuse to give me one! I'm supposed to be going out of town next Thursday and they don't know if they'll have it done by then or not. But still no loaner for me! This is terrible service. Resolution Sought I want a loaner car!
