Bought a new car. My insurance company apparently messed up which I'm fighting them also. I got into a car accident and Billy Navarre missed the fact that I only had liability. I'm going through a world of trouble because every one daily at there job. Resolution Sought Billy Navarre pay for the towing car and storage fees

The vehicle belonging to the complainant was brought into our body shop as a total loss, so it was put into storage. The customer stated she did not have insurance, and we allowed her to pick up her vehicle and avoid storage costs. The customer is responsible for her own insurance, yet we did accommodate her. Therefore, this complaint is no longer valid.
