Hi buddy, used car at Billy Whitaker's in August of last year. This past summer when I was driving at home, the hood kept popping up. It turns out the latch was broken. The cable was stretched. Whatever it was. I called them. I brought the car back to have that hood repaired at their cost, and it was never repaired. I never had a reason to check it until I went to change my oil and until I went to check my oil and put washer fluid in my car, it was still exactly broken the way it was the first time I brought it in. They are now refusing to fix it for me and they're making me pay over $200 to fix a latch on a hood that should never have been sold to me broken to begin with. I want my money back for that repair. It is not fair that they took it back and said they fix it and they lied to me. They never ever ever repaired it. I would like some answers and feedback on this as to why they could rip people off the way they do Resolution Sought I want the business to repair that hood latch or the stretched cord. Whatever they're saying it is because it was broken when I bought the car I want them to repair it at their cost not mine.
