Payments were made from a NetSpend all access card to my built rewards Mastercard so as a result of that money was taken from one account and I need that money reimbursed because the payments were being made for charges that I never authorized on my Mastercard and I was found not liable for those transactions so they were covered. But I still am out the money that was transferred to my built mastercard from my NetSpend all access account. The specialist was not comprehending any of that I understand I'm not liable for the charges made on my built Mastercard but I am still losing the money that was deducted from my NetSpend all access debit card that the people who stole my card used to make the credit limit increase and I need that money refunded I have received nothing. Resolution Sought Pay me the money that they received as payment to the credit card
