I have ordered a green hose heater from this place back in November 2023 and the unit stop working within 2 months of use I contacted the seller because it has according to them 2 years warranty and ask for a replacement back then they told me that the heater was in back order they told me it was going to be sent to me early December to late December well is almost March and I still haven't received anything yet I have sent them numerous emails because they never answer the phone. I went there but I couldn't find the building that said biogreen USA in Elk Grove village I'm just so frustrated with this company Resolution Sought Send my green house heater
