I prepay for a monthly subscription. I have for 2 years. For the past several months, I have been dealing with a Birchbox agent named Clarisa V. I have either been not receiving my items,nit being able to select my items , etc. This company in not assisting me in an appropriate time period or even as a reputable establishment. I keep getting the run around. If I don't get my already paid for items, that would be them stealing my money! I even asked for a refund but they claim it's against policy on pre paid subscriptions. Resolution Sought I would like them to refund my money on the not received boxes for the end of my commitment. I would also like the products that I informed them were broken in delivery.

We are sorry to hear of any disappointment or frustration. To help clarify, this customer has had trouble utilizing the customization feature on our website. The customer has contacted us 12 times this past month, and each time we have replied within 24 hours. Often times the live chat feature was utilized in which we replied instantly. Provided the customer was having trouble using a feature on the website, there were times in which we escalated the situation to our engineers to investigate, and which we explained we would follow up with a resolution. Additionally, we offered alternative ways to submit the customer's choices. We would be happy to provide all documentation with this customer. As the customer continued to have trouble using our customization feature, we went ahead and cancelled the customer's subscription and refunded the remaining boxes left in the pre-paid subscription. The returned funds were processed back to the original form of payment.
