Took my ring into Jewelry shop where I bought it to get fix a Dimond fell out anyway it was right before Hurricane Ida last year well the Hurricane messed up a lot of thing in my town anyway its been over a year I tied contacting Tom Birdsall by phone calls and texts he doesn't answer I'm not the only customer he has done this to they have about 16 customers also talked to his sister in law he's moved away never answering any of his customers about there stuff I also put money down on a graduation ring for my daughter I also know he owns a business in New Orleans, now that's where he moved I just want to know how can I get my money and my ring back or the 4000.00 for my ring. Resolution Sought I would like to get my ring and my money back for graduation ring but if I can't get my ring back I want what I paid for it.
