On May 27th 2023 Dustin Burley owner and proprietor of Burley AC and heating took 7300 and a check from USDA to replace the HVAC system in my house. He had not done the work yet but the attorney gave him the check anyway. On June 19th of 2023 our current air conditioning system went out but it was August before Burley came by to put in the new unit. Previously barely had made an agreement with USDA to have the work completed by July 3rd that never happened. He was supposed to put a 4-ton unit inside and a 4-ton unit outside he put a fortune unit on the inside but a three and a half ton heat pump on the outside this is not what the contract was for. He was also supposed to redo all the ductwork he never did that. He was supposed to come back and connect the Heat he never did that. After numerous calls numerous messages we tried everything in the world to get him back over here to complete the work that he had agreed to do for the 7300. When we found that he had put a heat pump and a three and a half ton heat pump at that outside we requested that he come back and put a four ton condensing unit outside he never did that. That time in December of 2023 we had to hire another air conditioning company to come connect our Heating that burley's never came back to do. It cost us another $230 again this past week we had to call a company in to find out what was wrong with the ductwork and why the bedroom was not getting any heat that cost us another $267. They still owe us work and equ Resolution Sought Reimbursement that we had to pay the other company. A 4 ton condensing unit for the outside and all new duct work that was never done.
